Welcome to Asiel Chaplain Services
We provide care and compassion to help employees to be complete spirit, soul, and body. We believe extending this kind of care improves people's lives and improves human performance.
We're Here For You
Life is hard - and then we go to work. There are many situations that employees face daily that are beyond their control or their employer's control. In many cases, how employers handle these occurrences determines how quickly their employees rebound and refocus their efforts at work. Corporate chaplaincy is a highly relational, proactive, and on-site employee assistance program. Traditional EAP's are non-relational and off-site crisis management.
Building Relationships
Corporate Chaplains come to where you are to build relationships with employees and the employer, so when “life” happens, there is a true friend they can come to for support, encouragement, and direction.
Impact of Employee Health
Employee health has an impact on the bottom line. Life happens, and as it does it has a profound impact on an individual, their work, and their workplace. We are all people before we are employees.
What We Offer
As human beings, we all deal with personal challenges from time to time. From a diagnosis of cancer to the death of a loved one, to getting a call in the middle of the night that your child has been in a car accident. When the alarm clock goes off the next day, you can either call in sick or bring it to work with you. Either way, it affects business, and it impacts those around you.
- Enhance communication between employer and employee.
