We provide care and compassion to help employees to be complete spirit, soul, and body. We believe extending this kind of care improves people’s lives and improves human performance. Your Employees and Their Personal Problems
At the foundation of a healthy workplace are emotionally well workers. Unfortunately, healthy workplaces don't just happen, they are the product of an intentional effort to foster and sustain employee wellness. Many employees cannot afford the high hourly rate of licensed marriage and family therapists or psychologists, and as a result, many personal problems go unaddressed until they develop into something more serious. Companies often bear the cost of personal problems through loss of time, turnover, negativity, and lost production by hurting or distracting employees.
Why Workplace Chaplains?
A Chaplain Assistance Program gives face, hands, and feet to that part of your company’s mission statement that values employees. Workplace Chaplains are a vital component of a company’s overall employee wellness program. Most people are familiar with and accept the constructive roles that chaplains play in modern society, particularly in situations of illness, incarceration, death, and war; in all of these venues, chaplains serve a population that represents many religious traditions. If the concept of chaplaincy can be managed appropriately and with benefits to people in other settings, why not have workplace chaplains?
